300,000 Ballots Not Delivered?

Earlier today, a federal judge ordered the Postal Service to sweep facilities for remaining mail ballots and rush their delivery so they could be counted in today’s election. Evidently, the Postal Service has failed to comply with the order and failed to deliver upwards of 300,000 ballots. The court order applied to the battleground states of Pennsylvania, Florida, Michigan, Texas, Georgia, and Arizona.
USPS: “There are only one or two Inspectors in any one facility, and thus they do not have the ability to personally scour the entire facility. Indeed, doing so would be impractical (given the size of that facility)…

A mystery exists herein. How can Schiff, Pelosi and others bring so many charges against the conservatives, without evidence; and, the conservatives cannot bring charges against the perpetrators, with documented evidence. The question begging for an answer is WHY? Fear motivation perhaps.
