Biden’s Doctor Under FIRE

( – House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer has formally requested White House physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor to participate in an interview over his role in the Biden family’s business dealings and his medical evaluations of Joe Biden.

In a stern letter addressed to Dr. O’Connor, Comer said he was concerned about Biden’s recent debate performance against former President Donald Trump.

He stated, “After a concerning debate performance by President Biden against former President Donald Trump on June 27, journalists have rushed to report on what Americans have seen plainly for years: the President appears unwell.”

He continued, “Americans question President Biden’s ability to lead the country, and the Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating circumstances surrounding your assessment in February of this year that ‘President Biden is a healthy, active, robust 81-year-old-male, who remains fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency.'”

Comer also highlighted reports indicating Dr. O’Connor had “never recommended that [President] Biden take a cognitive test,” which raises concerns about the potential influence of private business connections with the Biden family on his medical judgments.

The inquiry extends into the financial dealings of the Biden family. Comer detailed, “Recent evidence obtained by the Committee shows your and James Biden’s involvement with Americore Health, LLC (Americore).”

“James Biden, the President’s brother, used funds from Americore to pay Joe Biden $200,000 as the company was facing financial distress,” he added.

He further explained that Americore, which operated rural hospitals, is now in the middle of bankruptcy proceedings.

The committee’s investigation also included an interview in December 2023 with Americore’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee Carol Fox, as part of their broader inquiry into the Biden family’s influence peddling.

Additionally, Comer noted, “During the interview, James Biden confirmed that you provided him counsel in connection with the alleged work he was performing for Americore.”

Diving deeper into these matters, Comer requested Dr. O’Connor to submit all relevant documents and communications linked to Americore and James Biden.

He concluded, “Additionally, the Committee requests you make yourself available for a transcribed interview with Committee counsel. Please contact staff by July 14, 2024, to schedule the interview,” emphasizing it was urgent and important he participated in the ongoing investigation.
