Breaking Marjorie Taylor Greene News

Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA)

(ReclaimingAmerica.net) – BREAKING NOW: A judge has ruled that United States Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene will remain on the ballot for reelection this November.

According to Yahoo News:

“A judge in Georgia on Friday found that U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is qualified to run for reelection, concluding that a group of voters who had challenged her eligibility failed to prove she engaged in insurrection after taking office. But the decision will ultimately be up to Republican Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

“Before reaching his decision, state Administrative Law Judge Charles Beaudrot held a daylong hearing in April that included arguments from lawyers for the voters and for Greene, as well as extensive questioning of Greene herself. He also received extensive briefing from both sides.” [emphasis added]

Those who were questioning and challenging Greene’s right to be on the ballot argued that Greene was a major player in the January 6, 2021, riot at the United States Capitol.

While Raffensperger will make the final decision, he too is up for reelection. He would almost certainly lose the votes of conservative Republicans if he were to rule that Congresswoman Greene is ineligible to remain on the ballot.

A spokesperson for Raffensperger said he will announce his decision soon.
