(ReclaimingAmerica.net) Breaking Now: Just moments ago, with just hours to spare before the federal fiscal year expires at midnight tonight, the United States Senate passed a funding bill that will temporarily avoid a shutdown of the federal government.
The House of Representatives will need to also pass the same bill, but that is all but guaranteed to happen today as the Democrats control the House.
From there, the bill will be rushed to the desk of President Joe Biden where he will immediately sign it to keep the federal coffers filled and flowing – much to the discontent of fiscal conservatives who have warned for years that spending, by both political parties, is out of control and is heaping unimaginable amounts of debt on future generations.
Please email [email protected] and share your thoughts and opinions about the level of federal spending by Congress and the Biden administration and whether you believe that someday the ever-growing national debt will be the economic downfall of the United States. Are you concerned about the level of spending? Why or why not?
The Senate on Thursday passed a spending bill to avoid a shutdown, keeping the government open through early December. Now the bill heads to the House, where it is also expected to be approved. https://t.co/F77llhxriG
