While discussing what he believes the ramifications will be if the leaked United States Supreme Court draft opinion becomes law and Roe v. Wade is overturned, Biden lashed out at members of the MAGA political movement started by former President Donald J. Trump.
Biden told the gathering:
“Well, [Griswold] got struck down. Griswold was thought to be a bad decision by Bork, and my guess is the guys on the Supreme Court now. What happens if you have a states change the law saying that children who are LGBTQ can’t be in classrooms with other children? Is that legit under the way the decision is written? What are the next things that are gonna be attacked? Because this MAGA crowd is really the most extreme political organization that has existed in American history.”
