The investigation began when Australian authorities discovered the first video. Facial recognition technology identified Stolfa, leading to his arrest on July 10, 2024.
A search of his devices revealed over 10,000 files related to child sexual exploitation and further evidence of assaults on additional patients.
Stolfa brazenly conducted these acts while supposedly alone with sedated patients, violating protocols that mandate multiple personnel in the room.
Authorities pressed multiple charges against him, including sexual battery, forcible sodomy, and child exploitation.
The clinic’s management claims ignorance of the incidents but cooperates with investigators.
“He’s very brazen, scary guy,” stated Payne County District Attorney Laura Thomas, cited by Dnyuz.
The victims’ nightmare continued as the FBI traced these videos on messaging app Telegram, confirming further infractions.
Investigators uncovered a folder titled “naughty” in Stolfa’s email that contained videos of these assaults.
