DeSantis: Trump Doesn’t Have ‘the Balls’ for THIS!?

(ReclaimingAmerica.net) – In a highly provocative attack on Donald Trump, the 2024 GOP nomination frontrunner, his still-closest rival, Ron DeSantis, has accused him of “not having the balls” to appear in Republican debates, while the DeSantis campaign started selling golf balls with the same message.

Florida’s Governor Ron DeSantis introduced a line of golf balls emblazoned with a bold message, ostensibly to challenge Donald Trump’s mettle.

“Ron DeSantis has a pair — he shows up,” reads the slogan that the golf balls carry.

The new merchandise item seems to mock the former president’s apparent reluctance to engage in the upcoming third Republican presidential debate, The New York Post notes in a report.

Meanwhile, DeSantis himself sent out the same message as he was addressing rumors about his choice of footwear, namely, that he is wearing boots with hidden heels or lifts to make himself look taller.

The Florida governor mocked what he called a “foot fetish” on the part of the Trump campaign. He vowed to wear a book on his head if the former president participated in the upcoming third GOP primary debate after skipping the first two.

“I know Donald Trump and a lot of his people have been focusing on things like footwear. I’ll tell you this. You know, if Donald Trump can summon the balls to show up to the debate, I’ll wear a boot on my head,” DeSantis declared.

His focus, DeSantis asserts, is on grave national concerns such as border security and international conflicts, dismissing distractions about personal attire.

“This is no time for foot fetishes. We’ve got serious problems as a country,” he stated, stressing the importance of substance over superficiality in political discourse.

“This is a time for substance. This is a time for us to debate the issues that matter to the American people. And the question is, ‘Are you able to fight for them?’” the governor added.

In a swift rebuttal, the Trump campaign responded with a scathing personal attack on DeSantis.

“Rob DeSanctimonious has been completely emasculated for wearing high-heeled man-booties and is now a political eunuch. He’s the last person who should be talking about balls,” responded Trump’s senior adviser, Jason Miller.

The report points out that Trump, an avid golfer known for frequently playing at his resorts, has previously expressed disinterest in debating those lagging behind him in the polls.
