(ReclaimingAmerica.net) – Twitter’s new owner, billionaire Elon Musk, has decided that the social media platform should make public all internal documents on the censoring of the shocking revelations from First Son Hunter Biden’s lost laptop.
The first revelations based on materials from the laptop emerged in The New York Post in October 2020, ahead of the 2020 presidential election, when Joe Biden was still only the Democrat White House candidate.
Social media, however, appear to have censored the story, which could have changed the outcome of the presidential vote. Facebook’s founder, Mark Zuckerberg, recently admitted the FBI forced his platform to hide the Hunter Biden revelations from its users.
Elon Musk’s stance on censoring the information from the First Son’s “laptop from hell” – as conservative media dub it – came earlier this week in response to a tweet.
A post had asked Twitter users to “raise your hand if you think @Elonmusk should make public all internal discussions” surrounding the censorship of the initial New York Post coverage.
“This is necessary to restore public trust,” Musk wrote in response.
In October 2020, The New York Post reported that a lost laptop of Joe Biden’s son showed suspicious business deals in China and Ukraine.
However, when the newspaper posted a link to its report, Twitter suspended its account, arguing news outlet had broken its rules for “hacked” materials.
The following day, then-CEO Jack Dorsey tweeted, “straight blocking of URLs was wrong, and we updated our policy and enforcement to fix.”
Nevertheless, the NYP account remained suspended for several weeks, as the platform demanded that tweets on Hunter Biden’s laptop be deleted.
Meanwhile, the mainstream media either completely ignored the Hunter Biden laptop story or declared it “Russian disinformation.”
In August, a public opinion poll by the Technometrica Institute of Policy and Politics (TIPP) found 78% of US voters believed Donald Trump would have won the 2020 presidential election if the American public had been aware of the revelations out of Hunter Biden’s laptop.
Another poll conducted by Rasmussen Reports in September showed 63% of likely voters deemed the laptop story “important,” including 44% who considered it “very important.”
Last month, US Rep. James Comer (R-KY), the ranking member on the House Oversight Committee, sent a letter to Elon Musk, asking him to expose company papers on the censoring of the Hunter Biden laptop story.
“Committee Republicans are concerned Twitter inappropriately censored the Hunter Biden laptop story to influence the 2020 Presidential Election,” Comer wrote.
