Kyle Rittenhouse ‘Victim’ Pulled Gun First

Kyle Rittenhouse

( – With a stunning admission worthy of a surprise ending to a Perry Mason television show, Gaige Grosskreutz – who the prosecution in the murder trial of Kyle Rittenhouse calls a “victim” because Rittenhouse shot him – admitted under oath that he pulled his concealed handgun and aimed it directly at Rittenhouse before Rittenhouse shot him.

According to courtroom watchers, there were audible gasps from spectators in the gallery. Defendant Rittenhouse was visibly emotional with tears in his eyes as the prosecutor buried his face in his hands, knowing that he may have just lost the case.

As one veteran courtroom spectator said, “It was a made-for-TV moment. You could watch one thousand trials and never see an admission that stunning.”

Several criminal law experts who’ve watched every moment of the trial from the moment it began opined that the judge should stop the trial at the earliest opportunity and declare that Rittenhouse is not guilty.

Here’s how the conservative publication Breitbart described the shocking admission:

Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger appeared stunned after a key prosecution witness in the murder trial of Kyle Rittenhouse in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Gaige Grosskreutz, admitted that he was only shot after he pursued the fleeing teenager and drew his own weapon, a handgun, and pointed it at Rittenhouse.”

Again, criminal defense experts with years of courtroom experience believe that admission alone should be enough to find Rittenhouse not guilty.

As we go to press, the prosecution has rested, and it will soon be the defense’s turn to present evidence.
