(ReclaimingAmerica.net) – Harvey Weinstein, the liberal, morbidly obese slob Hollywood producer and convicted sex offender, has received another hefty jail sentence for rape and sexual assault, guaranteeing he will die in prison.
The 70-year-old Oscar-winning producer had already been sentenced to 23 years in prison on rape and sex crime charges in a trial in New York City, which started in 2020.

The former film industry heavyweight was sentenced on Thursday to another 16 years in prison in a separate sex crime trial in Los Angeles after he was convicted two months ago, Breitbart News reported.
Weinstein had been found guilty of three counts of rape and sexual assault against just one of his multiple accusers. The accuser is an anonymous European model who said Weinstein raped her at the Mr. C hotel in Beverly Hills in 2013.
The Los Angeles jury was “deadlocked” on charges based on other accusers’ testimonies but acquitted Weinstein of sexual battery of a massage therapist.
Weinstein will first serve the remainder of his sentence in New York, where he will be eligible for parole in 2039.
A frail-looking Weinstein maintained his innocence during his appearance in the LA courtroom on Thursday.
“I maintain that I’m innocent. This is about money and coming after me,” the one-time legendary Hollywood producer stated, as cited by Variety.
“Please don’t sentence me to life in prison. I don’t deserve it… There are so many things wrong with this case. There is no evidence… This is a setup… I beg your mercy,” Weinstein begged Judge Lisa. B. Lench.
Weinstein’s defense had asked the judge to sentence him to three years per charge. His lawyers called upon the judge to look at the man he was “before he became accused as a sexual predator” and before he became “a caricature because of the #MeToo movement.”
“He’s a 70-year-old man in bad health. He lived a full, rich and productive life that included being a father to five children… He has become to his children the disembodied voice on the telephone,” attorney Mark Werksman said.
Harvey Weinstein’s defense vowed to appeal his new 16-year prison sentence.
“These are not easy decisions to make, but this is my decision,” Judge Lisa Lench declared.
Weinstein, a former head of Miramax and for a long time one of the most powerful men in Hollywood’s liberal establishment, has been accused of sexual assault and misconduct by hundreds of women, whose claims cover the time since the 1980s. Accusations against him in 2017 ignited the MeToo movement.
