(ReclaimingAmerica.net) It is a safe bet that United States Representative Maxine Waters, a California Democrat, will not be invited to Alabama Governor Kay Ivey’s (R) annual Fourth of July picnic.
After all, when you call someone stupid, ignorant, and racist, you will not be high on the invitation list for social gatherings.
Yet, that is exactly what Maxine called Ivey after Ivey ran a political campaign advertisement blasting the immigration policies of President Joe Biden.
In the advertisement, Ivey said that if Biden keeps sending “illegal immigrants into our states,” everyone will need to “learn Spanish.” Ivey then says, “My message to Biden: No way, Jose.”
Maxine Waters took offense, telling MSNBC: “This is plain racist ignorance in your face. We don’t have time to deal with that kind of stupidity and that kind of ignorance.”
Governor Ivey fired back at the congresswoman, saying: “There’s nothing racist with telling the truth about the disaster Joe Biden is causing with illegals invading our country. I’m not going to be lectured by a liberal Congresswoman from California. We’ll handle our business in Alabama.”
As we said at the outset, it is safe to assume that the congresswoman and the governor will not be breaking bread with one another soon.
Perhaps, never.
