NOW: More Revealed About Trump Indictment

( – BREAKING NOW: In the latest revelation, it has been reported that former President Donald Trump is facing at least one felony charge in his criminal indictment for allegedly faking business records related to a payment made to Stormy Daniels, according to sources.

The charge is a class E felony, which is the lowest level of felony.

If found guilty, 76-year-old Trump could face up to four years in jail, or he might receive probation with no jail time.

The charges against Trump are still private, but it is believed that he will face over 30 charges when he is arraigned on Tuesday.

Trump’s lawyer, Joe Tacopina, told Fox News that there will be 34 charges.

He explained that each check paid to Trump’s former associate, Michael Cohen, might be counted as a separate charge.

The case is based on a payment made by Cohen to adult film actress Stormy Daniels in 2016. Cohen says he paid $130,000 to Daniels to keep her quiet about a supposed encounter with Trump in 2006.

Trump denies having a relationship with Daniels or breaking the law.

On Friday, he claimed that he is being unfairly targeted.

Judge Juan Merchan, who will be in charge of Trump’s case, has allowed the existence of the charges to be revealed.

The arraignment will be open to the public, and a separate room will have a closed-circuit television showing the proceedings.

However, there will be no streaming or outside viewing of the proceeding.

Trump is the first former U.S. president to be charged with a crime. Despite these charges, he plans to continue his campaign for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.
