RFK Jr Says COVID Did THIS to American Middle Class?!?

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

(ReclaimingAmerica.net) – Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a Democrat who recently announced he is running for president in 2024 and is challenging President Biden’s expected re-election bid claims the American middle class was “systematically” wiped out during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kennedy Jr. expressed the importance of rebuilding the American middle class, stating, “The strength of a nation comes from a strong economy and a vibrant middle class.”

He criticized the pandemic-related lockdown measures for causing significant economic damage, claiming that it shifted $4 trillion in wealth from the middle class to billionaires and created 500 new billionaires.

He cited a recent Oxfam report showing that the wealth of billionaires like Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, and Jeff Bezos increased by 30% during the pandemic.

When asked about progressive politicians in his party, such as Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who support a wealth tax, Kennedy Jr. said he doesn’t believe that large wealth disparities are healthy for the country or democracy. He also criticized President Trump’s handling of the pandemic, saying the lockdowns were “absolutely catastrophic.”

Kennedy Jr. announced his presidential candidacy after filing paperwork earlier this month. A USA Today/Suffolk University poll showed that 14% of previous Biden voters support Kennedy Jr., compared to 67% who would support Biden again.

Regarding his decision to run against Biden, Kennedy Jr. stated, “It’s like running against somebody in your family, but ultimately, I think I’m in a much better position to beat Donald Trump than Joe Biden is.”

He also mentioned his disagreements with Biden on issues like censorship and public health policies. Kennedy Jr. emphasized that he wants to follow in his father’s footsteps and run on principle, aiming to tell the truth to the American people.

Kennedy Jr.’s father, known as RFK or Bobby, served as U.S. attorney general and a U.S. senator for New York before his assassination in 1968.

Kennedy Jr. expressed that he is more afraid of losing constitutional rights and America’s democracy than of death. He believes Americans must be willing to take risks to protect the Constitution.
