Schools Removing The Word ‘Women’ Because It’s ‘Gendered Language’?!?

(ReclaimingAmerica.net) – As “wokeness” continues to infiltrate American colleges and universities, several schools are removing the word “women” from women’s health clinics because some individuals and organizations complain that the word “women” is “gendered language”

According to a report published in The College Fix:

“The Pat Walker Health Center at the University of Arkansas recently announced it would change the name of the campus “Women’s Clinic” to the “GYN Clinic.”

“This name change is important, as the Pat Walker Health Center affirms diversity and aims to create a welcoming environment for all patients,” read an email by RHIA Director of Medical Services A.J. Olsen.” [emphasis added]

And the University of Arkansas is far from alone.

“[T]he Student Alliance for Reproductive Justice at the University of Wisconsin-Madison petitioned the school to change the name of the campus Women’s Health Clinic to the Reproductive Health Clinic.

The group claimed using the word “women” in the title of the clinic was “gendered language” that affected students’ decision to seek health care.” [emphasis added]

One critic weighed in, saying: “The truth is that only women and girls require gynecological care. This is part of a larger societal effort to abolish sex in general,” said feminist lawyer Kara Dansky, author of “The Abolition of Sex: How the ‘Transgender’ Agenda Harms Women and Girls.”

Dansky also believes “what they are really doing is obliterating the material reality of biological sex.”
