Some would argue that, just as the sun rises in the east, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) was bound to blame global warming (watch the video below) for the harm caused by Hurricane Ida as it impacted a huge portion of the United States this week.
According to Schumer in the video below, “Global warming is upon us. When you get two record rainfalls in a week, it’s not just coincidence. When you get all the changes that we have seen in weather, that’s not a coincidence. Global warming is upon us, and it’s gonna get worse and worse and worse unless we do something about it.”
Then, Schumer demanded that Congress pass “the infrastructure bill and the budget reconciliation bill.”
