Superstar Singer RATTED Out!

( – While superstar singer Justin Timberlake was staying at the upscale Hamptons hotel, someone spotted him drinking and ratted him out to the police as they were concerned he would get behind the wheel.

“[They] said Justin was having a lot of drinks, and they told the cop to watch him if he is going to drive,” said the well-connected and unidentified Southampton restaurateur.

To keep the caller’s identity secret, the businessman did not specify if the caller was an employee or guest at Sag Harbor’s American Hotel or part of Timberlake’s group.

The 43-year-old singer left the American Hotel in his gray 2025 BMW and was soon stopped by a young cop who gave him a warning, hoping that would keep him from driving.

However, minutes later, the same cop saw Timberlake still driving, allegedly running a stop sign and swerving out of his lane. He smelled of alcohol, had blood-shot eyes, failed several roadside tests, and was arrested.

The restaurateur believed that Timberlake was “mistreated” during the incident, which made global headlines.

“[He was] definitely treated unfairly,” the source said.

“Everyone drives through that stop sign when no one is there,” the source claimed, noting that Timberlake was a “Hamptons regular” who has frequented his establishments “many times” over the years.

Moreover, the restaurant owner doubted reports that the young officer, a rookie named Michael Arkinson, did not recognize Timberlake.

“If you live in America, you know who Justin Timberlake is,” the source said. “The cop did his job, but he definitely knew who Justin was.”

Kirk Severance, who manages the Emporium True Value Hardware across from the American Hotel, added, “The cops around here are pretty lenient and understanding.”

Furthermore, two cars were in the driveway of the officer’s home, and people could be seen inside, but nobody answered. Later, cops outside warned reporters to stay away.

According to court documents, Timberlake told arresting officers that he only had a martini but refused to take a Breathalyzer test three times.

The “Mickey Mouse Club” alum made his first public statement after his arrest on stage at Chicago’s United Center on Friday night.

“It’s been a tough week,” he told the crowd. “I know I’m hard to love sometimes, but you keep loving me right back.”
