(ReclaimingAmerica.net) – In a development that doesn’t bode well for Kamala Harris, the Democrat has been slammed by undecided voters from battleground states, accusing her of “insulting” their intelligence.
In a recent video release, two voters from key swing states expressed their dissatisfaction with Vice President Kamala Harris’s responses on the campaign trail.
During an interview with 6ABC Philadelphia’s Action News, Harris diverged into her middle-class background instead of addressing what “specific” strategies she intends to employ to enhance affordability for Americans.
This occurred when anchor Brian Taff questioned her. Both Jaime from Nevada and Kimberly from Pennsylvania, participating in a focus group on the platform 2WAY, found Harris’s answers dismissive and insulting. The focus group session was recorded on Monday.
Jaime voiced his frustrations by stating, “With Harris, she just to date hasn’t given me a reason to vote for her. Every time she gets asked a question, it gets right to the stump speech or goes off on a tangent or doesn’t answer the question directly.”
“So while I find Trump enraging, I find that she’s almost insulting my intelligence, thinking that I’m not gonna see through that,” the voter added.
Kimberly echoed these sentiments, mentioning, “I can’t agree more with you. I feel insulted by her in some ways. I feel like this is her election to lose because I do think there are a lot of people who are over Trump and frustrated, and his just, as you said, he’s just dividing the country.”
She noted Harris’s similar approach during debates, “But, at the same time, I feel like, especially at the debate, I feel like Kamala went and did the same thing that he’s been doing, and it is insulting, I think, to voters who don’t know what to do, and she’s not saying or making us feel any more confident in her. And it’s very frustrating.”
During the September 10 presidential debate, rather than confronting her numerous policy shifts, Harris chose to discuss her “middle-class” upbringing and insisted her “values have not changed” despite the alterations in her policy positions.
CNN’s senior data reporter Harry Enten highlighted the precarious nature of Harris’s lead over Trump.
As of Monday, Harris had a national lead of just 2.5 points over Trump in polling aggregates, translating to barely over a 50% chance of securing a victory.
“Harris’ chances if she wins the popular vote by two to three points, the chance she wins the electoral college is only 53%. The bottom line is … you have to get all the way north to about three to four points for Harris to have a clear, clear, clear chance,” Enten elaborated.
