(ReclaimingAmerica.net) – In a move that has shocked some of his former staff and many ardent supporters, former President Donald Trump has asked Russian President Vladimir Putin, who is currently at war with American ally Ukraine, to release information Putin may have about Hunter Biden.
As the New York Post is reporting in “Trump asks Putin to release info on Hunter Biden business deal“:
“Former President Donald Trump said Russian leader Vladimir Putin should ‘release’ information on an alleged business deal involving Hunter Biden, President Biden’s embattled son.
“In a new interview Tuesday, Trump discussed an alleged $3.5 million wire transfer from Russian billionaire Elena Baturina to Hunter Biden’s investment firm that was outlined in a report by Senate Republicans made public ahead of the 2020 election.”
And here’s the problem that separates Trump’s request from what any president in modern American history has done before at a time of war:
“Trump’s comments on Putin came as the Russian president has been sanctioned and ostracized by the West for his continued assault on Ukraine.”
Several historians we spoke with were frankly shocked that Trump would reach out to a war criminal, Vladimir Putin, while Putin is killing thousands of innocent Ukrainians and turning many once beautiful cities to rubble.
