(ReclaimingAmerica.net) – The far-left agenda is spreading like wildfire across campuses around the nation, as Georgetown University’s students in D.C. started a protest calling for an “Intifada Revolution.”

This week, several hundred pro-Palestine protesters marched through Georgetown, chanting “there is only one solution, intifada revolution.”
Acording to Merriam-Webster, “Intifada,” an Arabic word meaning “shaking off” or “uprising,” refers to “an armed uprising of Palestinians against Israeli occupation of the West Bank and Gaza Strip.”
When asked if Israel has the right to exist, Georgetown Jewish student Miriam Siegel, part of the group Jewish Voice for Peace, said, “I personally do not believe that any nation-state has the right to exist.”
Moreover, pro-Palestine marches have happened on the D.C. campus before, and protest leaders told the crowd their movement is back and “stronger than ever.”
One student organizer, speaking through a megaphone, expressed her excitement to be back protesting, especially seeing so many people “wearing a keffiyeh,” a scarf that has become a symbol of solidarity with Palestinians.
However, not all Georgetown students welcomed the protest on their campus. “The martyrs are suicide bombers,” one student stated, “and she is chanting ‘honor the martyrs,'”, gesturing towards a protest leader.
In addition, when asked if she believed Georgetown students understood what happened on October 7th, the student replied, “yes, most students do and that’s why 99.9% of Georgetown students are not here right now.”
Georgetown University, which has about 20,000 students and an acceptance rate of 12%, charges over $60,000 a year for tuition.
In turn, pro-Palestine protests have erupted on college campuses nationwide following Hamas’ attack on Israel last October.
After the attack that left 1,200 Israelis dead, Israel declared war on Hamas. Palestinian health authorities report that 40,000 people have died since Oct. 8, though this number cannot be independently verified.
Students established a pro-Palestine encampment during the spring semester at nearby George Washington University, just two miles from Georgetown.
Furthermore, the Jewish student asserted that if a similar encampment were set up at Georgetown this fall, they would use a diversity of tactics, as the university needs to know that where there is oppression, there will be escalation.
