The Boulder, Colorado, terror attack left eight injured, including an 88-year-old Holocaust survivor, and raises serious concerns about national security under current immigration rules.
Miller accuses Biden’s administration of enabling the attacker, Mohamed Sabry Soliman, by allowing him to enter and remain in the country illegally.
Mohamed Sabry Soliman, the suspect in the terror attack, entered the United States on a six-month tourist visa in August 2022.
Despite overstaying his visa, which expired in March 2023, he was granted a work permit by the former Biden administration.
Soliman’s presence in the country and the subsequent attack during a vigil for Israeli hostages have intensified debates on immigration policies.
Soliman allegedly targeted a crowd in Boulder, using makeshift incendiary devices. The incident, which local and federal authorities have now classified as ideologically motivated violence, has shocked many.
Colorado Governor Jared Polis condemned the act, emphasizing the need for justice and support for the victims.
Stephen Miller has criticized the Biden administration, stating that these permissive immigration policies directly contributed to the Boulder attack.
“He was granted a tourist visa by the Biden Administration and then he illegally overstayed that visa. In response, the Biden Administration gave him a work permit,” Miller stated emphatically.
The suspect later applied for asylum, complicating the situation further and raising questions about the oversight of visa and work permit processes.
Individuals injured in the attack were between the ages of 52 and 88 and included an 88-year-old Holocaust survivor, highlighting the gravity of Soliman’s actions.
The attack also saw Soliman reportedly shouting “Free Palestine” and anti-Israel slogans, adding to the ideological undertones of the violence.

Suicidal migration must be fully reversed.

The FBI has pledged a swift pursuit of justice while investigations continue.
Similarly, Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Sa’ar characterized the incident as fueled by antisemitism and media-spread blood libels, a perspective that underscores the attack’s underlying hate-driven motives.
On the national stage, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and other former Trump administration officials stand alongside Miller, advocating for strengthened immigration measures to protect national interests.
The aftermath of the Boulder’s incident has reignited calls for immigration reform and bolstered border security.
