(ReclaimingAmerica.net) – A brand-new mind-blowing revelation about Joe Biden shows the president paid nearly $3 million in cash for his beloved beach house in Rehoboth, Delaware, just as his scandalous offspring, Hunter, threatened a Communist China executive over a $10 million deal.
The revelation that six years ago – in June 2017 – the then-former US Vice President Joe Biden paid just under $2.75 million in cash for the Rehoboth Beach home was made in a report by The Daily Mail.
Days earlier, the same news outlet estimated that the president spent about 300 of his first 1,000 days in office in the Rehoboth vacation home.
The report stresses that the 2017 purchase has attracted attention due to its timing relative to some business deals involving the president’s son, Hunter Biden.
The White House denies President Biden’s involvement in Hunter’s business ventures, though statements suggesting they never discussed Hunter’s overseas deals have decreased.
Public records indicate the home was bought for $2,744,001 in 2017 without a mortgage, implying it was an all-cash purchase, The Mail informs.
Joe Biden’s tax records from that period show his earnings had increased due to sales from his book and speaking events.
However, discrepancies have emerged between his reported income in IRS filings and Office of Government Ethics disclosures, amounting to about $5.2 million.
The report stresses that the property purchase happened close to when Hunter texted an associate at Chinese oil company CEFC, discussing a potential $10 million annual deal.
In texts leaked to Congress by IRS whistleblowers, Hunter texted the executive at the now-defunct corporation,
“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled… Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand… And now means tonight… Ok my friend – I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father. I sure hope whatever it is you are doing is very, very, very important.”
While there’s no confirmed evidence that President Biden was present with Hunter, photos from Hunter’s laptop indicate he was at his father’s primary residence when the text was sent.
James Comer, the GOP chairman of the House Oversight Committee, finds the cash payment for the Rehoboth Beach home suspicious.
“‘The fact that Joe Biden purchased a luxurious beach house around the same time his family was receiving millions from a CCP-linked company raises many questions that need to be answered,” the Kentucky Republican said.
“The corruption of the Biden crime family has been obvious for years… This is just another piece of evidence that will probably be ignored once again by most of the mainstream media,” reacted Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI).
