Where’s Hunter Biden’s Other Gun?!

(ReclaimingAmerica.net) – A new question of criminality surrounds Hunter Biden as he already faces three federal gun crime charges, raising questions about a second gun he might have possessed and its current whereabouts.

Hunter recently encountered legal challenges when his no-prison federal probation agreement was unsuccessful during a July court session. Following this, David Weiss, the US Justice Department Special Counsel, indicted him on Thursday. The charges were related to falsifying federal documents and possessing a firearm while being addicted to drugs.

Hunter admitted that he possessed a Colt Cobra .38 Special for 12 days. This gun was later discarded by Hallie Biden, the widow of Hunter’s late brother and his girlfriend at the time, in a trash can in Greenville, Delaware.

However, a video allegedly from Hunter’s controversial “laptop from hell” suggests that he might have had another semi–automatic firearm, as The Washington Times stated.

In the video mentioned above, Hunter Biden, while undressed, is seen holding this suspected second gun with a ready-to-fire posture.

Dan Zimmerman, the managing editor at TruthAboutGuns.com, remarked, “That’s not the handgun in the photo, so where’s that gun?” He went on to express his concerns to The Times before the indictment, saying, “How many other guns did he own? He obviously owned at least one other. If he owned others, where are they now? How did he dispose of them?”

Interestingly, the mainstream media has largely overlooked the possibility that Hunter might have owned an additional firearm. However, this topic has been buzzing on gun-related websites since the release of the laptop video screenshots by RadarOnline.

If Hunter did acquire a semi-automatic pistol, he might face further legal complications. According to Delaware’s gun laws, any gun transactions outside federally licensed dealers require background checks.

Various sources, including leaks from Hunter’s laptop, news reports, and a “diversion agreement” document prepared for his court case, shed light on his gun ownership.

This diversion agreement was part of a plea deal that fell through. It would have allowed Hunter to sidestep a gun-related charge in exchange for pleading guilty to two tax misdemeanors. This document includes Hunter Biden’s confession about the details of his gun possession.

Alan Gottlieb, who founded the Second Amendment Foundation, believes such a diversion agreement should not have been proposed. He stated, “The law spells it out pretty clearly that a person like Hunter Biden shouldn’t be owning a gun. And if you’re not going to enforce it against Hunter Biden, I don’t know how you’re going to enforce it against anybody else with a straight face.”
