100% Biden’s Fault

(ReclaimingAmerica.net) – In a resounding rebuke of the current administration’s refusal to take ownership of the issue, Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) said the crisis at the southern U.S. border is “100%” Joe Biden’s fault.

In a conversation with Newsmax’s “Saturday Report,” Burchett cited severe drug trafficking issues and said the administration was nothing but dishonest. He also heavily criticized Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and his team and accused them of perjury.

Additionally Burchett highlighted instances when Mayorkas misled both the public and Congress by saying the border was secure amid an unprecedented surge in illegal crossings.

The congressman brought attention to the tragic death of 22-year-old nursing student Laken Riley to illustrate the dire consequences of inaction at the border. Riley’s life was brutally cut short on the University of Georgia campus, with illegal immigrant Jose Antonio Ibarra caught for her murder.

Burchett argued such tragedies are direct outcomes of the administration’s failure to acknowledge and tackle border security issues.

He also voiced frustration over the Biden administration’s tactics to prevent hearings on fentanyl trafficking since such discussions would acknowledge the existence of a border crisis. Burchett cited narcotics officers who revealed fentanyl entering the U.S. exclusively uses the southern border.

Burchett contrasted the current administration’s approach with former President Donald Trump’s policies by saying Biden lacked the resolve to deal with these challenges head-on and described Biden and his administration as “liars” and “anarchists” intent on undermining the foundational values of America.

Calling for vigorous action Burchett emphasized the urgency of electing resolute leaders capable of reversing America’s decline, painted a grim picture of the country’s future if quick corrective measures are not implemented and suggested the nation stands on the brink of losing its core identity and values.

Burchett’s emotional plea to the American electorate was to recognize the gravity of the situation and act decisively at the polls to safeguard the nation’s legacy. “I’ll tell you what, if we don’t get it this time, it’s over. It’s over. We’re staring at the abyss,” he warned.
