As Threatening as 1939? (Video)

(ReclaimingAmerica.net) – Few could have imagined that one day the land of the free would feel like 1939 Nazi Germany to Americans of Jewish origin – but precisely this seems to be the case today as Jewish students at some of the nation’s top schools say they are targeted in vicious anti-Semitic attacks by leftists.

Radical leftists and Muslim activists have been engaging in public anti-Semitic acts in the United States and other Western nations since October 7’s brutal terrorist attack by the Palestinian terror group Hamas against Israel and the Israelis’ ensuing decision to defend themselves with a counter-offensive.

Jewish students from four renowned American universities – Harvard, MIT, NYU, and the University of Pennsylvania – have shared distressing accounts of antisemitism on their campuses.

One student described incidents where school officers espoused blood libels, while another likened the prevailing atmosphere of hatred to the period preceding World War II, The New York Post reports.

These testimonies were presented at a press conference by House Republicans, preceding a hearing where the presidents of American, Harvard, MIT, and Penn were scheduled to testify before the Committee on Education & the Workforce.

“An Israeli student whose identity and personal info was sold online for a bounty has not left his dorm room in weeks out of fear due to death threats,” revealed Talia Khan, president of MIT’s Israel Alliance.

She also referenced a survey indicating that 70% of Jewish students on campus felt compelled to conceal their Jewish identity out of fear.

Khan expressed shock at a post-doctoral fellow at MIT who propagated claims that “Jewish Israelis want to enslave the world in a global apartheid system [and] falsely claimed that Israel harvests Palestinian organs,” echoing ancient slanders against Jews.

“The DEI officer in his department replied by telling us that nothing he said was hate speech, and that the organ harvesting conspiracy theory was ‘confirmed,’” she said.

“Being a Jew at NYU has meant being physically assaulted in NYU’s library by a fellow student while I was wearing an American-Israeli flag, and having my attacker still roam freely throughout the campus,” recounted Bella Ingber, an NYU junior.

“Today in 2023, at NYU, I hear calls to gas the Jews, and I’m told that Hitler was right. I’m a proud Jew, and I’m a proud Zionist. I’m the granddaughter of Holocaust survivors. We are not going anywhere,” she added.

“Thirty-six hours ago, I, along with most of campus, sought refuge in our rooms as classmates and professors chanted proudly for the genocide of Jews while igniting smoke bombs and defacing school property,” revealed Eyal Yakoby, a student at the University of Pennsylvania.

He also mentioned hearing phrases like “‘The glorious October 7’ and ‘You’re a dirty little Jew, you deserve to die’ — a word said not by Hamas, but by my classmates and professors.”

“I refuse to go back to 1939 when Jews had to hide their religious symbols and hide who they are due to the intimidation and harassment of us,” Yakoby declared.
