(ReclaimingAmerica.net) – In a new attack on the RINOs – “Republicans In Name Only” – former President Donald Trump has declared that former US Rep. Liz Cheney and other members of the Democrat-led former House select committee on January 6, 2021, “should go to jail.”

On Sunday, Trump wrote on Truth Social that Cheney (R-WY), along with other past members of the defunct January 6 Committee, should face imprisonment.
This comes in light of a House GOP report unveiled the previous week which disputes an allegation made by ex-White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson, The Daily Wire informs.
Hutchinson had claimed Trump tried to take over the vehicle’s steering wheel to detour to the US Capitol after his speech on January 6, 2021, and also made an aggressive move toward his security chief. The report clarifies that Trump’s driver on that day denied these accusations.
John Solomon, the CEO and Editor in Chief of Just the News, brought attention to a specific revelation on Trump’s Truth Social platform.
He pointed out that Cheney, who was the vice chair of the January 6 Committee, had personally conducted an interview with the driver yet chose not to include his denial in the committee’s concluding report.
“She should go to Jail along with the rest of the Unselect Committee!” Trump reacted on Truth Social.
He also circulated links to articles that discuss the insights provided by the House Administration’s Subcommittee on Oversight, spearheaded by Representative Barry Loudermilk (R-GA).
Cheney responded to Trump on X by posting a screenshot of his Truth Social message along with references to the Democrat-led 2020 election charges against him.
“Hi Donald: you know these are lies. You have had all the grand jury & J6 transcripts for many months. You’re trying to halt your 1/6 trial because your VP, WH counsel, WH aides, campaign & DOJ officials etc will testify against you. You’re afraid of the truth and you should be,” she wrote.
Meanwhile, US Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS), the former chair of the January 6 Committee, claimed the conclusions presented in the House GOP’s report were wrong.
“The Select Committee’s final report took into account the testimony of all witnesses. [The evidence points to] the same conclusion: Donald Trump wanted to join his violent mob as it marched on the Capitol, and he was irate when his security detail told him he couldn’t go,” he said in a statement.
